Ordination
Prince of Peace has answered the call to equip ministers for Jesus Christ and is pleased to provide free legal ordination as an independent MINISTER OF THE GOSPEL to sincere men and women who are at least 21 years of age and meet the biblical standards for service in Christian ministry.
We are a traditional ministry that has been equipping ministers for many years. Our ordination has a good biblical and legal foundation and has never been questioned by religious or secular authorities and ministers ordained by us have operated their own ministries with great success and even branched out.
As shown by the Holy Bible, a seminary degree is not a biblical requirement for ordination, but devotion to Jesus Christ and a good understanding and application of Holy Scripture is essential. One need not be a Bible scholar but one should have the ability to use the Holy Bible as a guidance and resource tool.
We use the internet to reach out, but we are not an instant online ordination mill, and all applications shall be reviewed and approved by our Ordination Committee. Applicants must pass a search of the federal DOJ sex offender registry. Approved applicants will receive a free certificate of ordination suitable for official use.
There is no ordination fee but we do ask for yearly membership dues of 20.00 to help with our charitable works (a reduction or waiver of dues may be requested due to financial hardship).
